Resources

Hi there friend!

First know that you are loved, what you are feeling is valid, and we will find you the right help.

Healing after trauma is not a straightforward course. Some days I feel as though I need a professional unbiased conversation. Yet other times I need a loved one to hear me through a panic attack. Recently I have been using social connection with sisters from across the world to help sift through daily emotional stress.

What works for you now, may not work for you tomorrow. And that is good. You are growing through your healing.

I am not a professional. A psychology degree does not count. But there are amazing online resources that can help and direct you to a place of healing.

Here are a few sites and articles focusing on PTSD and Anxiety. * If you have one that you would like to include please email me! I would love to compile a comprehensive list.
